I have trained with Lisa since August of 2015.  Right from the beginning Lisa has been an amazing influence. Not only do I love the training, she is motivational and provided great advice in terms of a balanced, healthy lifestyle.  There is so much conflicting information out there these days and it is easy to get sucked into the latest fad.  Lisa has helped me to realised living a healthy lifestyle is about eating a balanced diet, exercise but she also encourages you to make sure you take time to rest.  The combination of all of these things has helped me lose weight but has also improved my confidence.  I couldn’t recommend Lisa enough, she really is a super star!

My butt is burning! So good!!! This girl knows how to work the womans body like no other in all the right places, whilst making it fun with the best sound track I have heard in a fitness class. Definitely one to lock in the diary. Thank you Lisa!!!!

100% Recommend, Lisa always pushes me to my absolute best! Our sessions involve boxing, high intensity interval training mixed with Pilates based exercises. I have seen massive improvements not only with my body image but also with how fit iv become! Ill see you Saturday Lisa! Cant wait grin emoticon xx

You are always motivated, positive and energetic and it is uplifting at 6am on a Monday morning when it’s been a struggle to get out of bed!
