Our very own exclusive class. We all want a nice round booty and this is the perfect class to give you just that! If someone told you to just squat to get a nice behind, dont believe everything you hear. You may find it hard to activate your glutes during training, I will show you how we can isolate the glutes and get them firing. We also work the abdominals and upper body during the class.We supply you with ankle weights and resistance bands. All you need is a mat, towel and water. No shoes required!

Strength & Flow

The perfect fusion of Yoga & Pilates with instructor extraordinaire Sophie. Suited to all levels.

Dance

Let instructor Hayley take you through 45minutes of a high intensity Dance class. Suitabe to all levels. Dont be shy!

Box&Booty

Combine your two favourite classes, BootyBurn & Boxing. Lisa will take you through 50mintues of just enough cardio and just enough BootyBurn to get you bikini body ready! Equipment supplied.

One-on-One Personal Training

We offer one on one mobile personal training across. We come to you! Whether you want to train in your own home or a park down the road, that will not be a problem. 

 

Group Sessions 

Don't like training on your own?

Then find a friend or two and you can train together. You can motivate each other to reach your goals and even go for a coffee after.

 

Boxing 

Our Box & Burn sessions really do burn!! If you want to burn lots of calories whilst having fun, then this is for you. Not only will you learn technique but you will also run through drills and exersizes to teach you to become the best and fittest boxer you can be. A great stress reliever! We supply all equipment.
